SLA printed hearts, these were printed in our ABS-

SLA printed hearts, these were printed in our ABS-Like epoxy resin at 0.1mm layer steps. They were then dyed a deep red, this offered a velvety look and unique color for each heart, finally 2 coats of clear coat paint for a glossy finish. All this just so they can be frozen in ice and smashed with a hammer 🤷. #3dprinting #3dprinted

SLA 3D printed show model, at over 400mm long this

SLA 3D printed show model, at over 400mm long this is a decent sized part. Thanks so much to Compac/Tomra for allowing us to show this, it’s very rare we get to share pics of clients parts. This is a scale model of a sorting machine which houses a host of cameras and hardware for the monitoring of food product. This was printed in our SLA printer then painted as seen. Aside from sanding the support surface and keying the rest with 600 grit paper to help the paint adhere no other preparation was required. No filler or sanding for hours like other printer technology, saving on manual labour. These angel wings were 3D printed in our SLA printer, the best finish and detail of any printing process. The videos show just how easy it is to paint an SLA part, very little prep work required even for high detailed parts like these, 95% of these parts weren’t sanded prior to painting although sanding does help with adhesion of paint. The first vid is applying the white undercoat, the next is the rose copper top coat.
